Employability Skills and Technical Upskilling Training
The NOMU Al Ghurair program is an “upskilling for employment” training program, implemented by The Nawaya Network, in partnership with DOT and funded by Abdulla Al-Ghurair Foundation.
The program aims to support financially-vulnerable, unemployed youth by upskilling them to increase their chances of finding employment. The program includes online soft skills and employability training, individual coaching related to career guidance, followed by a technical course where participants can choose between Project Management or Business Intelligence.
Alongside the Career Guidance or Technical Upskilling phases, participants will receive an introduction to “AI and Data Annotation” training by DOT Lebanon.
The program will consist of 4 rounds; each round will last for 3 months and will entail the following:
Upon completing the program, participants will get the opportunity to be featured on The Nawaya Network’s Employment Portal, giving them exposure to local, regional, and international employers.
This course is free of charge.
