Employability Skills and Technical Upskilling Training
The NOMU Al Ghurair program is a three-months “upskilling for employment” training program, implemented by The Nawaya Network, in partnership with DOT Lebanon and funded by the Abdulla Al-Ghurair Foundation.
The program aims to support financially-vulnerable, unemployed youth by upskilling them to increase their chances of finding employment.
The NOMU Al Ghurair program includes online soft skills and employability training, individual career coaching alongside an introductory course on AI and Data Annotation delivered by DOT Lebanon. This is followed by a technical course where participants can choose between Project Management or Business Intelligence.

The program will consist of 3 phases; each phase will last for 1 month and will entail the following:
Daily Online Employability Skills Training (OST): 2 hours daily for 4 weeks. Participants will then move on to Month 2.
One-on-one career guidance: a total of 3 hours over a period of 6 weeks. In parallel, participants are required to undertake an introductory course on AI & Data Annotation: a total of 24 hours.
Technical upskilling bootcamps in Business Intelligence: 18 hours, 2 hours, 2 times per week for 4 weeks. OR Project Management: 24 hours, 2 hours, 3 times per week for 4 weeks.
