The Nawaya Network, in partnership with UNICEF, is launching its fourth round of the Employment Hub program. This program seeks to build the skills of unemployed youth to increase their chances to find employment or income-generating opportunities. The program includes employment skills training, personalized mentorship, coaching, career guidance, an internship, and a technical upskilling course focused on the youth’s field of interest. The first month consists of online employment training, 3 hours each day; the second and third months are dedicated for online mentorship, career guidance, and personalized coaching, and the last two months are dedicated for a technical course and an internship.
Only selected youth who complete the online employment training and pass the final project will be offered stipends for three months, during the second and third phases of the program to ensure their commitment and to help cover basic expenses during their participation in the program.

*Since this is an employment program, we are only enrolling Lebanese nationals due to the labor law which limits non-Lebanese nationals from most local employment opportunities.
