In 2026, The Nawaya Network ran the Digital Employment Readiness Program, a free, self paced training that lives entirely on WhatsApp, powered by Cisco.Any eligible young person in Lebanon could join from home. Through quizzes, points and interactive lessons in the chat, participants worked through six modules:CV and cover letter writingLinkedIn brandingInterview preparationJob search strategyWorkplace communicationOffer negotiationThe results160 youth trained, and all 160 completed the program73% of participants were young women96% of graduates reported increased confidence88% were highly satisfied99% felt more motivated and job ready99% would recommend the program to a friendCompleting every module is not a given in self paced learning.
