About the Program

The Digital Employment Readiness Program, powered by CISCO and implemented by The Nawaya Network, is a free, self-paced online training designed to equip Lebanon’s youth with the essential skills needed to navigate today’s job market and job application process.
 
The program is delivered entirely through an AI-assisted, WhatsApp-based chatbot, allowing participants to complete it at their own pace and convenience.
 
The program covers essential employment skills, ensuring that participants are equipped with the most up-to-date skills when it comes to applying to jobs today.

Program Structure

The training includes 8 interactive modules covering the following themes:

  • CV and Cover Letter
  • LinkedIn and Professional Branding
  • Job Interview Preparation
  • Job Search Strategy
  • Communication Skills for the Workplace
  • Negotiating Job Offers

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Aged 18 to 33 years old
  • Of any nationality
  • Female or male
  • Able to read and write in English
  • Able to commit to completing the training
  • Reside anywhere across Lebanon

  3. Finish the introduction and Registration Form.
  4. We will review your registration and provide access within 24 hours.
  5. Once access is provided, begin your learning journey and complete it at your own pace.
  6. Participants who complete the program will receive a certificate.
