About the Program

Project Girlpreneur is a free online entrepreneurship program designed for girls in Lebanon aged 15–17.

This 8-week online entrepreneurship program empowers Lebanese girls to transform ideas into viable business concepts.

Through structured training, mentorship, and a final pitch event, participants gain confidence and practical skills.

As a mentor, you’ll guide young women to unlock their potential, foster innovation, and build a foundation for future success.

The program is implemented by The Nawaya Network.

Mentor Profile

  • Female entrepreneur with 5+ years of industry experience.
  • Corporate professional with 5+ years of industry experience.
  • Dedicated to fostering the next generation of female innovators.

Time Commitment

  • 3 hours every Saturday (for 8 weeks) for online live sessions.
  • ~1 hour weekly outside sessions for participant guidance (optional but encouraged).
  • Support the winning team in identifying $1,000 in-kind prize materials (if applicable).

Key Responsibilities

  • Guide 2 to 3 participants to apply entrepreneurial concepts (business models, pitching, etc.) in online breakout rooms.
  • Provide constructive feedback on ideas and weekly assignments.
  • Encourage problem-solving, leadership, and confidence.
