Project Girlpreneur About the Program Project Girlpreneur is a free online entrepreneurship program designed for girls in Lebanon aged 15–17. Over a period of eight Saturdays, participants will gain essential skills to develop and grow their business ideas, work in small groups with dedicated mentors, and build towards a final pitch. The top team will receive up to $1,000 in in-kind support (tools, equipment, services, etc.) to help launch their project. The program is implemented by The Nawaya Network. Program Overview Format & Schedule: Fully online, Saturdays, approximately 3 hours per session, for 8 weeks. Learning Approach: Short, trainer-led lessons followed by breakout sessions guided by mentors (2–3 girls per mentor) to apply new skills directly to participants’ ideas. Core Topics: Vision and mission, business model basics, market research and customer persona, branding and storytelling, basic finance, and pitching. Mentor Support: Mentors will attend sessions, offering guidance and feedback throughout the program. Mid-Program Inspiration: Around week 4 or 5, a successful woman entrepreneur will deliver a motivational talk and take participant questions. Final Pitch: Participants will present their ideas to a panel, and one team will be selected to receive up to $1,000 in in-kind support. Certificates will be awarded to participants who complete the program. Who Can Apply?
