WhatsApp- Based Training

About the Program

The Pre-GIL Program, powered by UNICEF and implemented by The Nawaya Network, is a self-paced online training designed to equip youth with essential skills in both entrepreneurship and personal development.

The program is delivered entirely through a WhatsApp-based chatbot, allowing participants to complete it at their own pace and convenience.

Participants will gain valuable knowledge that helps them explore entrepreneurial opportunities, improve their life and professional skills, and prepare for future entrepreneurship programs such as the GIL Entrepreneurship Program.

Program Structure

The training includes 12 interactive modules covering the following themes: 

  • Entrepreneurial Mindset and Leadership
  • Self-awareness and Decision-Making
  • Creativity, Innovation and Analytical Problem-Solving
  • Communication, Persuasive Pitching and Listening Skills
  • Market Research, Stakeholder Mapping and Competitive Strategy
  • Financial and Operational Skills
  • Business Planning, Execution and Pitching

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Aged 15 to 23 years old
  • Of any nationality
  • Female or male
  • Able to read and write
  • Able to commit to completing the training
  • Reside in Beirut, Mount Lebanon, South Lebanon, or Nabatieh

Interested youth can apply by filling out the registration form below. Selected applicants will receive access to the WhatsApp chatbot to begin the training.

عن البرنامج

.برنامج جيل التحضيري، بدعم من اليونيسف وتنفيذ شبكة نوايا، هو تدريب إلكتروني ذاتي يهدف إلى تزويد الشباب بالمهارات الأساسية في مجالي ريادة الاعمال والتنمية الشخصية

.يُقدَّم البرنامج بالكامل عبر تطبيق واتساب، مما يتيح للمشاركين إنجازه بالوتيرة التي تناسبهم وبمرونة تامة

.سيتمكن المشاركون من اكتساب معارف مهمة تساعدهم على استكشاف الفرص الريادية، وتعزيز مهاراتهم الحياتية والمهنية، والاستعداد لبرامج ريادية مستقبلية مثل برنامج جيل

محتوى البرنامج

يتضمن البرنامج 12 وحدة تدريبية تفاعلية تشمل المواضيع التالية

العقلية الريادية والقيادة –

الوعي الذاتي واتخاذ القرار –

الإبداع، الابتكار، وحل المشكلات –

مهارات التواصل، التقديم والإقناع، والإنصات الفعّال –

أبحاث السوق والاستراتيجية التنافسية –

تحليل السوق وتحديد الأطراف المعنيين –

المهارات المالية والإدارية –

التخطيط للمشروع والعرض التقديمي –

:عند إتمام البرنامج، سيتمكن المشاركون من

تنمية عقلية ريادية –

تقوية المهارات الحياتية والشخصية والمهنية –

تحديد التحديات والفرص في بيئتهم بشكل فعّال –

بناء خطط تشغيلية واضحة قابلة للتنفيذ في حياتهم أو مشاريعهم –

تعزيز التفكير الابتكاري وحل المشكلات الواقعية باستخدام أساليب تحليلية وابتكارية –

الاستعداد لفرص ريادية مستقبلية، مثل برنامج جيل أو برامج مماثلة –

التعلم بشكل مرن وذاتي عبر منصة واتساب –

الحصول على دعم أسبوعي مباشر من المدربين –

نيل شهادة عند إتمام البرنامج –

فرصة للحصول على أولوية في المشاركة في برامج ومبادرات قادمة –

معايير التقديم

:يجب أن يستوفي المتقدمون الشروط التالية

العمر بين 15 و23 سنة –

من جميع الجنسيات –

ذكور وإناث –

القدرة على القراءة والكتابة –

الالتزام بإتمام البرنامج –

الإقامة في بيروت، جبل لبنان، أو جنوب لبنان –

كيفية التقديم

.يمكن للشباب المهتمين تعبئة استمارة التسجيل. وسيحصل المقبولون على رابط للوصول إلى روبوت الدردشة على واتساب لبدء التدريب
