Khalil Bazouni, An Inspiring Employment Story

Defying the Odds: How the Employment Hub Program Enabled Khalil Bazouni to Launch His Career Despite the Economic Crisis in Lebanon.

At 27-years-old, Khalil Bazouni was determined to succeed despite the revolution and economic crisis in Lebanon. After completing his Master’s Degree in Environmental Geo-Sciences at the Lebanese University, Khalil found himself unemployed and searching for work. 


Little did he know, an Instagram announcement about the Employment Hub program would spark a new beginning.


Khalil applied to the Employment Hub program, which begins with a series of online training sessions. To qualify for the second phase, participants must meet certain criteria. Khalil was successful and moved on to phase two, where he found an internship at Compost Baladi. After two months of hard work, he was offered a full-time job.


Khalil is grateful for the Employment Hub program, which gave him the skills and experience needed to enter the job market.

The program enabled Khalil to defy the barriers of the  economic struggles in Lebanon, and launch his career.


The Employment Hub program is making a difference in the lives of many people across Lebanon. It provides tangible support to those seeking employment, and gives participants the opportunity to learn the skills they need to succeed in their job search. Through online training sessions, participants are able to become competitive job candidates and connect with employers.


The Employment Hub program offers a variety of benefits that can help people of all backgrounds and educational levels. People who are new to the job market or who want to switch careers can learn the basics of a successful job search. Those who are already employed can enhance their professional skills and gain insight into a new career.


The program also helps participants develop their resumes and cover letters, and provides job interview tips and strategies. It also offers valuable networking opportunities with employers, so participants can gain a better understanding of the job market and what employers are looking for.


Khalil Bazouni’s story is a testament to the success of the Employment Hub program. Thanks to the program, Khalil was able to find a job that he is passionate about, despite the current economic situation in Lebanon. He is now able to thrive in his career, and help others do the same.
