Looking for a Free Youth Employment Training Program in Lebanon?

The Nawaya Network, in collaboration with UNICEF, is now accepting applications for its thirteenth round of the Employment Hub program.

This program empowers unemployed Lebanese youth with essential skills, boosting their employability chances and potential for income generation.

Participants can benefit from comprehensive employment skills training, personalized coaching and mentorship, and specialized technical upskilling in one of these fields: Project Management, Content Creation, Sales. 

As part of the program, participants will also benefit from Artificial Intelligence training. This training is designed to introduce participants practical AI skills that are required in today’s job market.

 

Program Phases

Phase 1

2 to 3 Hours of online employment skills training each day for a period of 3 weeks to enhance your employability and soft skills

Phase 2

5 Hours (over a period of 6 weeks) of one-on-one career coaching with a personality test.

Phase 3

Select a technical upskilling course in: Project Management, Content Creation, or Sales.

Eligibility Criteria

Please review the criteria below to see if you qualify:

  • You must be between 21 and 28 years old
  • You are a Lebanese National
  • You have graduated from university or a technical school
  • You are unemployed and are searching for a job
  • You are fluent in English
  • You are motivated and interested in strengthening your employment skills
  • You are committed to the phases of the program (up to 3 months)
  • No previous work experience required
